Waiting for an issue to resolve on its own rarely happens, so call today for a free consultation. As the Department of Defense plans to decrease the size of the force in the next few years, now is not the time to have any type of permanent blemish on your record. Time is usually of the essence as many of the “issues” listed above are time sensitive – if you miss a deadline, you may have missed your one opportunity to correct a mistake, appeal, or have your case be heard. Whether you decide to fight or not is your decision but at least make an informed decision. The decision you make today could affect your retirement and in some cases your freedom.
